Operational methodology for organizations that help people who cannot readily help themselves.
OpsScaler offers pro-bono and discounted engagements to a selective set of mission-driven organizations. The filter is deliberate. We say who we help and who we do not, so qualifying organizations self-identify and non-qualifying organizations are not misled.
Apply arrow_downwardWho qualifies
Direct service to vulnerable people: homelessness services, domestic violence shelters, anti-trafficking, disability services, elder care for low-income seniors, child welfare and foster youth, refugee resettlement, food banks serving vulnerable populations, mental health and addiction services for the underserved, medical services for the uninsured.
Animal welfare and the environment: animal rescue and welfare organizations, wildlife rehabilitation, environmental conservation, habitat and ecosystem protection, sustainability programs serving public benefit.
Arts and culture, advocacy without direct service delivery, religious organizations (unless operating direct services to qualifying populations), sports and recreation nonprofits, alumni and trade associations, political organizations.
Out-of-scope organizations are still welcome to apply. We make exceptions on a case-by-case basis when the engagement fit is strong. OpsScaler capacity is finite and directed deliberately, but we leave room for outliers we believe in.
What OpsScaler offers to qualifying organizations
Diagnostic, at no charge
The full three-pillar operational diagnostic, a follow-up conversation to walk through results, and a written summary of the top three recommended next steps. Many organizations get what they need from this alone.
Full engagement, free or discounted
For organizations where the combination of cause, operational leverage, and alignment is exceptional, OpsScaler may offer a full scoped engagement at no cost or at a reduced rate. Subject to lightweight integrity clauses (mission alignment, good-faith application of recommendations, outcome transparency), reviewed in the first kickoff conversation.
What we do not offer
We do not staff, fundraise, write grants, handle communications, or consult on board development. We do one thing: operational methodology applied to your specific situation.
Application flow
